About The Artist

Alexander Franco was born in Palmira, Valle, Colombia, the youngest of seven siblings. For over 37 years, he has been on a devoted journey to capture the intangible force behind his passion: pure creative energy.

His artistic story began at the age of five, when his grandfather invited him to paint the furniture he built by hand. At six, Alexander sold his first painting; by eight, he had already won an award for his artistic talent. From that moment on, his path as an artist was set in motion.

At 21, after experiencing a heartbreaking personal loss, Alexander moved to Manhattan. Immersed in the vibrant chaos of the city, he found solace and healing. This new environment led him to explore abstraction in a deeply personal way, molding acrylic on canvas in a style that would become uniquely his. His work began to reflect a search for the soul—bold colors, endless lines, and dynamic compositions that invite viewers into an alternate dimension of perception, color, form, and balance.

“When I paint, I enter a trance. The world around me disappears, and a connection forms between myself and the canvas. I can’t explain how the final piece comes together. The painting tells me the colors and forms it needs to reach its fullest expression.”

For Alexander, painting is not just something to be seen—it’s something to be felt. He believes that this emotional connection has the power to calm the soul and open it to the greater energies of the universe. Through his work, he seeks to find a harmonic frequency that helps others expand, experience more joy, and share that positive energy with the world.

His art is part of a never-ending evolution. He continues to chase this elusive energy, drawing inspiration from love, nature, and the souls who have left their mark on the world.

Today, Alexander Franco’s artwork is collected and celebrated in over fifty countries worldwide. He donates 10% of all profits to support the elderly, as a way to honor those who came before and paved the way.
