I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I do not accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can not be returned
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders

Colors do not always look the same on all monitors, so if you have any questions about the appearance of an item and need additional information please contact me about it before purchasing.
However, if you're not happy with the painting you received, of course you can return it. Just get in touch with me, and send it back within 14 days after receiving it, in it's shipping package. In such case, the cost of the shipping is up to the customer.
All shipping are insured, so if you don't receive the painting or you receive it damaged, you'll be fully refunded after about 7 days after receiving the damaged painting back
I want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, please contact me within two days of receiving your purchase to let me know your concerns with your piece.
